Larry Wilson
Chairman Larry Wilson is a Partner with FirstMark Capital (formerly Pequot Ventures), a leading New York-based venture capital firm. Previously, Larry was the Chairman, President and CEO of Mynd Corporation, formerly Policy Management Systems Corporation (PMSC). Headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, Mynd had approximately 6,000 employees worldwide and was a leading provider of application software, related automation support and outsourcing services designed to meet the needs of the global insurance and financial services industries. Mynd was a publicly held corporation, listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and MBA from University of South Carolina. Larry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Duck Creek Technologies, Dovetail Insurance and Unitrends Software Corporation.
Larry Lenihan
Larry Lenihan is the Founder, CEO and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital (formerly Pequot Ventures). Larry is responsible for investments in the data analytics and vertical applications/services sectors. He serves as a senior member of FirstMark Capital's Investment Committee and has been directly involved in the formation of each private equity and venture capital fund established by the firm since its inception. Larry has more than 17 years of operating and investment experience in the technology industry. Prior to his joining Pequot, Larry was a principal at Broadview Associates L.L.C. (now part of Jefferies & Co.), one of the leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firms focused in the information technology industry.
Larry received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and MBA from Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania. Larry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dovetail Insurance, Duck Creek Technologies, Secondmarket, Health Plan One, Saba Software (NASDAQ: SABA), Superior Access Insurance Services and Swingtide.

Arun Maheshwari
Arun Maheshwari has over 35 years of experience in financial services technology. He started his career at Tata Consultancy Services in India and then McKinsey's insurance practice in New York. Arun held senior executive positions at Reliance Insurance and Continental Insurance. He founded CSC India and Fiserv India, both among the fastest growing companies in India.
Arun received his Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University, MBA from Columbia University, and PhD in Business from Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia.
Mike Gantt
Mike Gantt brings 30 years of experience in insurance technology and services. Most recently he founded www.innovationininsurance.com, a portal to all online resources helpful to insurance technology, services, and outsourcing. Formerly, Mike was Group President at Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry, and Chairman, President and CEO of Ephinay, a privately held finance and accounting business process outsourcing and consulting company. He began his career at Policy Management Systems Corporation (PMSC), where he held key executive leadership positions including CTO, CQO and Group President of Claims.
Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of South Carolina. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of iPipeline, Enservio, Dovetail Insurance and South Carolina Launch.
Dan Carmichael
Dan Carmichael is Chairman of the Board of Platinum Underwriters Holdings, a Bermuda holding company for Property & Casualty reinsurance companies. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Ohio Casualty Corporation where he was responsible for restoring the company's financial strength and performance which ultimately led to its sale to Liberty Mutual in 2007 for $2.9 billion. Dan was also President and CEO of IVANS, Inc., a privately held industry-owned organization that provides electronic communications services to insurance and health care organizations, and Chairman, President and CEO of Anthem Casualty Insurance Group (a.k.a. The Shelby Insurance Company).
Dan also serves on the Board of Directors of Alleghany Corporation, Dovetail Insurance, the Advisory Council of Proudfoot Consulting, and the Insurance Advisory Board of FirstMark Capital.
Terry Kelaher
Terry Kelaher recently retired from Allstate Insurance Company where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the company's Specialty Operations Division, responsible for Allstate's domestic and international reinsurance activities. He was also Chairman and CEO of Allstate Insurance Company of Canada and Allstate Life Insurance Company of Canada. Prior roles included President of The Personal Insurance Company of Canada, Vice President and General Manager of the Home Insurance Company in Canada, Co-Founder and Vice Chair of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Runoff Companies, Chairman of the Insurance Bureau of Canada, Chairman of the Insurance Institute of Canada, and Vice Chair of the Insurance Crime Prevention Bureau.
Terry currently serves on the Board of Directors of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of software and services to the insurance industry.
